Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cybrotech Digiventure Pvt. Ltd. ("Cybrotech", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, products, and training programs. By engaging with Cybrotech, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services — including cybersecurity consulting, VAPT, digital forensics, compliance support, and training — you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Cybrotech provides the following professional services:

  • Cybersecurity consulting and risk assessment
  • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
  • Digital forensics and cyber investigation
  • IT audit and compliance management (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
  • Cyber law advisory and legal support
  • Security awareness training and workshops
  • SOC solutions, endpoint security, and data privacy protection

3. Engagement and Scope of Work

All engagements are governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement agreed upon prior to commencement. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined therein. Any changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

4. Confidentiality

Cybrotech treats all client information, systems, data, and findings as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client-specific information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or court order. Clients are equally expected to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary tools, methodologies, or reports provided by Cybrotech.

5. Authorisation for Security Testing

For VAPT and penetration testing engagements, the client must provide explicit written authorisation before any testing begins. Cybrotech will only conduct assessments on systems, networks, and applications that the client owns or has legal authority to test. Unauthorised testing is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, findings, methodologies, tools, and content produced by Cybrotech remain the intellectual property of Cybrotech unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables for their internal purposes only. Clients retain ownership of all data, systems, and materials they provide to Cybrotech.

7. Acceptable Use

Clients agree not to misuse any information, tools, or knowledge gained through Cybrotech engagements. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use security findings to attack systems beyond the agreed scope
  • Share or resell Cybrotech deliverables to third parties
  • Use training content for unlawful purposes
  • Misrepresent Cybrotech's findings or certifications

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Cybrotech reserves the right to pause or terminate services if payments are not received as agreed. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cybrotech provides services on a best-effort, professional basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Cybrotech is not responsible for vulnerabilities or incidents discovered after the agreed scope of testing.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed to date. Cybrotech may immediately terminate any engagement if the client breaches these Terms or the service agreement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

Cybrotech reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
